We are building the most intuitive and powerful means for businesses to connect with their customers using a combination of live agents and artificial intelligence-enabled interfaces. We achieve this through a multi-chat, multi-agent platform that allows businesses to consolidate messages from their customers from platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, SMS and live chat.
