Had enough of plastic loyalty cards and never having the right app when you need it? We certainly have. We just want to be able to use our mobiles hands free almost all of the time. What we don’t want: To spend ages waiting on the app search engine before giving up yet again. To have to download an app to scan a QR code, take 3 times to do it… and then have to wait some more. To be told “Error – Your iPhone is not NFC-compatible”. To need to check if we’ve activated WiFi or Bluetooth. What we do want: We want the whole experience to be easy and fun. It should be a cinch.
