All data, content, and materials available through the Service are the property of Fsome or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the data for internal business purposes only.
You retain ownership of any data you import into the platform. By doing so, you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our refund policy or required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice to subscribers.
